Base URL: https://conodictor.bioinfstat.org/api/v1. No key is needed; the same limits as the web form apply.

Submit a job

Options (form fields or JSON keys): all, filter, exact, mlen, ndup, min_orf, alphabet, name, email. The answer (HTTP 202) contains the job id and its status_url.

Follow a job and get results
